We are so thankful for Laura! She has been working with my son for a few months now. We made appointments in hopes to see a bit of improvement from a year-old back injury stemming from a sport injury. What we received was measurable benefits where his back, posture, and sleep has greatly improved from the very first sessions. I love seeing his progress grow with Laura each session, she is so attentive and wonderful with him.Traditional physical therapy did not work for him. This work/therapy, Lucrative movement , has been physically life changing for me…. good posture was uncomfortable until after a couple treatments, then I experienced less and less pain and over time the poor posture reorganized and my body could relax. I feel more solid, stable and comfortable with each session.I have experienced many types of therapies including CST, massage , PT and Tai Chi practice . All of which are beneficial but within my lifestyle I have found this work with Laura has been the most effective and long lasting . This work was also instrumental in my 97 year old mother going from bedridden for six months to walking again. I continue to make return visits for a tuneup… it puts a spring back in my step. Vertigo/walking issues
Now 80 years old, I fell due to “black ice” last winter and couldn’t get up. Once, with effort, when I was able to move again, I decided to check if the Angelheart acupuncturist was still there, but she had since retired. Instead I found Laura McCann of Lucrative Movement, using a holistic form of body alignment. The first consultation was free. The movement she applied during this free session worked very well for me so I continued with follow-up appointments. The success in my being able to walk normally again has been remarkable. Other ailments also have been remedied such as vertigo when walking, numbness in my toes and feet are now warm with better circulation. Swelling of the ankles now gone, low back pain now gone and better memory. I will continue Laura’s treatments to continue to improve my overall health and well-being.

Trigeminal Neuralgia

“February 14th, 2020 was not the sweetest day for me but I remember it well. I was brushing my teeth and felt like I had been electrocuted by my toothbrush. I had never felt such sharp pain, from the corner of my mouth up through my eye and to the top of my head. It stopped as fast as it poked me but didn’t waste anytime to shock me again. I called my Dentist thinking I was needing a root canal or something, it couldn’t be as bad as the pain I was having. After many exams and X-rays showed nothing the dentist was kind enough to shoot me up with some pain killers and told me to come back next week. This pain was an off and on kind of thing so I could get my bearings while working that day. But I ended up that evening in the ER having Cat Scans and blood work and a diagnosis of Trigeminal Neuralgia. By this time my eye was red and drooping, along with the corner of my mouth and pain off and on was excruciating. The drugs helped dull it but it wouldn’t leave me. I had to go see a Neurologist only to confirm the nightmare and learned I was going to be on some pretty heavy drugs to manage it for the rest of my life.. Not what I wanted to hear.My husband had been going to Lucrative Movement for some therapy and started telling Laura my diagnosis. She was very well versed on this” beast” and was more than willing to see me. There is where my life was about to change. I started seeing Laura and got almost instant relief from her gentle touch and loving understanding. The shocking pain got less and less, headaches were leaving me alone. I was able to back off on the ugly medicine that I had been increasing along until I started seeing this wonderful Therapist. I can say, it has been almost 1 yr since this Trigeminal Neuralgia started, I have not had 1 attack in almost 4 months. Laura showed me some classes I could do for myself and that has kept it in check, but there is nothing like Laura laying her hands on my tender spots and feeling it leave me refreshed.”Thank you Lucrative Movement for changing my life. INCREDIBLE!!! I am in my 60’s and your body really does start to seize up. I have always been very athletic and want to continue my activities. Laura is amazing!! I started going to her classes first, to try it and I was very skeptical . I thought how can this help me move better and easier? I was told at least try 3 sessions before you decide. Ok, I did go ,again and again and again and am still going. I can’t believe the difference it makes your body feel. I never would have believed it. Also,I was to the point of cutting up my burgers because I couldn’t open my mouth that far anymore , TMJ. Laura said she could help that. Once again, skeptical. But , I tell you what, I cannot believe, I mean totally believe, this works. Laura is amazing!!! I can now bite into my burger again. I am so glad I gave it a try. I never would have believed it if I wouldn’t have tried it. Do yourself and your body a favor , contact Laura , she will keep you and teach you how to take care of your body. She really cares. Sciatica
“2 weeks ago, I awoke with pain in my lower back on the right side. Within hours the pain was so bad when I would get up from a sitting position that I would have to hang on to something (a table, a chair, anything…) or it probably would’ve dropped me to the floor. I had difficulty walking after getting up, which is not good since I sit for my job almost all day. By the end of that night, the pain was in both sides of my lower back and becoming increasingly worse. I had multiple people asking me the next day if I was okay. The look on my face must have said otherwise but I continued on the best I could until I could see my mom later that 2nd evening for a lesson. I was 18 weeks pregnant and experiencing major sciatic nerve pain. All I can say is THANK GOD, I saw Laura that night! During my lesson, she made me very comfortable and made sure I wasn’t moving in a way that caused me any pain. After about 30 minutes or so she was finished and had me slowly get up. I couldn’t believe the instant relief I felt. I wasn’t back to 100% but pretty darn close! I haven’t had a single flare-up since, but I know if or when I do who I will be seeing to fix it!”

Low Back Pain and shoulder pain
“I feel great!!! – About a week prior to Christmas I was hit with major sciatic nerve issues in my lower back due to pregnancy. The pain was severe, concise and unrelenting for about 2 days. I was having difficulty getting up and then walking but once I walked for a bit it would ease enough for me to endure the pain. I called Laura and she made the time to give me a lesson. Let me tell you, I was happily SHOCKED! From the end of the lesson on, I’ve had ZERO issues with sciatic pain! It has since been about a month and I’m sciatic pain free. I more recently had lower back pain (no doubt again due to my pregnancy) and again, 1 lesson was all I needed to be pain free again! Once that issue was resolved I noticed some shoulder blade pain which is actually due to my desk job. This pain is not nearly as severe as my sciatic issues and lower back pain. I think it’s kind of always there… one of those lingering pains… I’ve had 2 lessons now for that and am finally getting relief in spite of continuing to work at a desk all day, everyday!! If you have doubts try it, you’ll be pleasantly surprised!!”
